The LelloBook app is free. What you can buy in it is a printed photo book of the book you made.

What you buy

A hardcover photo book, printed exactly from the pages you made in the app: glossy 200 gsm paper, matte cover. Sizes: large square 11.6 × 11.6 in, small square 8.3 × 8.3 in, landscape 11.7 × 8.3 in, portrait 8.3 × 11.7 in. A book has 24 to 300 pages.

Price

The app shows the price of your book next to its size and number of pages, and again before you order. The payment page shows the full total — book, delivery and any sales tax — before you pay. That total is what you are charged, in US dollars.

Paying

You pay by card on a secure page run by Stripe. Your book goes to print as soon as the payment is made.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United States only. You choose Standard or Express delivery on the payment page. A book is usually printed within about 5 working days, then shipped; the app shows how your order is going and a tracking link once it has shipped. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.

Changes and cancelling

Because every book is made just for you and goes to print right after payment, an order can't be changed or cancelled once it is paid. Please look through your pages before you order.

If something is wrong with your book

If your book arrives damaged, is misprinted (for example, pages missing, out of order, or printed differently from your pages in the app), or doesn't arrive, write to us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at Lello@lellobook.com with your order and, if you can, a photo of the problem. We'll reprint it and send it again at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. You don't need to send the book back.

We can't take back a book that was printed correctly, since it's personal and made only for you — including things that were already in your pages, like a blurry photo, a spelling in a caption, or a photo you meant to leave out. Colours on paper can look a little different from your screen.

Your photos and words

You're responsible for what's in your book. Please only print photos and messages you have the right to print. We and our printing partner may decline to print a book that is clearly illegal.

These terms don't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
